Cell Freezing , why?

1. we will not use this kind cell in short time,  freezed the cell will be the best choice if we don't want to waste and throw them.

2, The cell strain can not be passaged always, one day you will find the celll become old, it can meet kinds of questions during our experiment, so we will strorage some of young cell when we buy tne new cell strain, so that we can recovery some young cell when some become old :))

How to freezing cell?

All experiment need to do in superclean bench.

1. collect the cell- cnetrifugate-  Resuspend the cell with cryoprotectant- freezing cell .

 the cell freezing container can be used in the superclean bench.
